Khefif, a digital platform that connects users directly with qualified and trained cleaning workers. The App allows users to select the type of service (e.g., house cleaning, office, or institution), specify location and time, and connect with available workers.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App. By using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

This policy applies to information we collect in the App and in email, text, or other electronic messages between you and the App. It does not apply to information collected by any third party, including through any application or content that may link to or be accessible from the App.

We collect information that you provide directly to us, as well as information collected automatically.

Contact Information: Email address and phone number (required for account creation and order confirmation).
Location Information: Address (optional, provided by you for service matching and worker connection).
We do not collect sensitive personal information such as payment details, health data, or biometric information unless explicitly required for a specific feature, in which case we will notify you.

When you use the App, we may automatically collect:

We use Firebase (provided by Google LLC) for authentication, cloud messaging, and data storage (via Firestore). We do not integrate other third-party services that collect personal data beyond what is necessary for Firebase operations.

    • With Service Providers: We share data with Firebase (Google) as a data processor for authentication, messaging, and storage. Google processes this data on our behalf and is bound by strict confidentiality and security obligations.

    • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

    We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy (e.g., for active accounts and order history) or as required by law. Inactive data may be deleted after a reasonable period (e.g., 12 months of inactivity).

    The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age (or equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

    Khafif Company is not responsible for the loss or damage of any valuable items and does not provide compensation for such cases.
